Pillar
Bitcoin-native

Shares delivered as Ordinal inscriptions. No custodians. Wallet = ownership.

Pillar
Screened deal flow

Fund managers review projects before listing. Signal over noise.

Pillar
Legal alignment

Issuers use Cayman/El Salvador in Phase 1 (Reg S if Wyoming). Phase 2 adds Wyoming + Reg CF for U.S. retail.

How it works

  1. STEP 1
    Apply

    Projects apply. Fund managers screen.

  2. STEP 2
    Tokenize

Issuer mints stock via Open Ordinal Share protocol.

  3. STEP 3
    Invest

Investors pay in BTC to escrow. U.S. excluded in Phase 1.

  4. STEP 4
    Settle

Funding closes → BTC to treasury, shares to wallets.

Note: In Phase 1, offerings are not available to U.S. persons. Resale into the U.S. may be restricted (Reg S for U.S. issuers).

FAQ

What is issued to investors?
Ordinals-based share inscriptions that mirror legal shares of the issuer entity. Wallet ownership = share ownership.
Is this available in the U.S. in Phase 1?
No. Phase 1 excludes U.S. persons. Phase 2 introduces U.S. access via Reg CF with a partner portal.
Which wallets are supported?
Xverse, Unisat, Sparrow (any Ordinals-capable wallet).
What about KYC?
Phase 1 keeps onboarding light (email + wallet + self-certify). Reg CF requires identity checks handled by a partner portal.
